Links to published OJEU Contract Notices
ECMWF has submitted Contract Notices for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) for the following Copernicus procurements. Links to the published contract notices in OJEU are put in the table below once the contract notice is published (note that there may be a few days' delay between submission of the contract notice to OJEU and its publication).
To respond to any of these Invitations to Tender, suppliers should register on ECMWF's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.ecmwf.int/ or by clicking on the following direct link https://procontract.due-north.com/Register. The registration process is free of charge and is managed by the Portal provider (Proactis / Due North). During the registration process (on the Areas of Interest step), please select CPV codes 72000000 and 73000000 in order to ensure that you receive notifications about Copernicus tender opportunities published by ECMWF. You do not have to restrict yourself to those CPV codes if you wish to receive notifications of tenders issued by other buyer organisations using the same eProcurement Portal.
The timetable and specification for each ITT are available from the table below.
Suppliers should note that ECMWF Copernicus ITTs/RFPs are composed of a set of documents which can be accessed through the portal. The adverts published in the portal will contain the main document(s) of the ITT/RFP as attachments. “Online questionnaire” is the step where all documents are provided and where tenderers prepare their responses by answering questions and uploading documents in accordance with the instructions therein. Suppliers will need to “register interest” in an ITT/RFP in order to access the online questionnaire (Registering interest is a step to access the ITT/RFP and does not commit the suppliers to respond.).
Frequently asked questions for the Portal are answered here: https://supplierhelp.due-north.com/
Please refer to the "ECMWF eProcurement Portal Guidance for Suppliers" on how to access the ITT documents and submit a response.
