Faster data requests
Every request for data goes into a queue
- When you register and log in we can identify you and give you your own personalised data request queue, just for you. Each data request you make is added to that queue and processed in turn.
- Users who remain anonymous, i.e. neither register nor log in, are all treated as the same user and therefore all share the same queue.
By registering and logging in you therefore receive a better service.
Better support
Users who register and log in can raise support tickets to report problems, ask for help, or provide feedback.
