  abstract = {<p>This document summarises the technical setup, production and results from 11 years of NWP-based monitoring of brightness temperatures from the European Space Agency (ESA) Soil Moisture and Ocean Salinity (SMOS) satellite. The observations are compared against a stable NWP baseline provided from the ERA5 reanalysis and transformed into observation space using the Community Microwave Emissivity Model (CMEM).</p>
